Dear all,
as promised here the draft agenda for the Madrid F2F meeting:
https://drive.google.com/open?id=1ZEGwvlkERMMLzz8jDz6w11RDj9epXjskKKOd0HKQFtM

Here some comments:
1) as you can see we should start at 11.00 the first day and close the
meeting around 14.00 the last day. Hope this fits the need of people that
have to travel.
2) different "groups of sessions" are highlighted with different colors:
- a presentation of the current status (orange) - all together
- an analysis/brainstorming of the main/hot topics (red) - all together
- a more detailed design of the main/hot topics (green) - in separate groups
- a recap of the results of the design phase together with future plans (in
cyan) - all together
3) each session has a Moderator or Presenter: it is expected that this
person(s) either presents the session or "drives" the discussion providing
an initial proposal. So these are the persons that definitely have to do
some homeworks before the meeting.
4) There is also a dedicated folder for the meeting (btw the same where the
agenda resides):
https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B3ljZEPaaQzhflp2ck54bEM5U0s5UFMwRjRHdjJpTFlvaHlxVmtvcDhVTkZYQmVtNlNQUzQ
it is expected that every moderator/presenter uses this folder for storing
presentations and in general documentation.
5) Unfortunately IBM cannot attend the meeting physically. Nevertheless the
last day (Wednesday) we plan to have IBM connected remotely so as to be
informed about the results of the meeting and to provide their feedback

*Most important*: we expect this to be a technical meeting that should
provide *concrete* results in terms of architecture of the entire chapter,
design of components and interactions among them and, at the end, also
definition of features/stories that will be implemented in the next
months. So the final results (presented on Wednesday by each Task Leader)
should be a *concrete plan for the next months of the activities to do.*

*Last but not least*: Fernando will provide logistic info about the
location etc. @Fernando btw you need to collect the list of participants.
Correct?

Please do not hesitate to provide your comments.
Best regards,
 silvio
