[Fiware-ops-dev] OPS-Chapter wiki

Dear Manuel and Miguel,
we prepared a simple wiki page in order to present the work we are doing in
OPS Chapter. I remember that some months ago we discussed about the
possibility to have an informative page for OPS that at the moment is not
present on the wiki as the other GE related Chapters.
So here we are:

The page is at the moment private. What I kindly ask you is to check if
everything is ok and then publish it on the public wiki so that it is
visible by everyone.
Of course let me know in case of problems.

@OPS Partners: I reviewed a bit the content trying to make it coherent and
uniform. Please give a look at it and let me know if you find some issues.
