[Fiware-ops-dev] New gdrive folder for OPS dcumentation

Dear all,
I must inform you that at the end of this year Alessandro will leave CNET
and consequently the FI-Core Project.
For this reason we have to reorganize a bit the repository of our
documentation on gdrive.
The new root of our documentation will the the folder OPS-Chater:
https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B3ljZEPaaQzhbmNOaFA4X2MyQ1k

Please avoid to use FICORE-OPS from now on (it will be soon removed).
Of course all the links will change but I think that considering the new
"root" of our documentation and providing the new links to the minutes each
time we will have a new meeting should help to avoid too much confusion in
this phase.
BTW, the link to the minutes of the next Planning meeting is this:
