[Fiware-ops-dev] Next OPS status meeting dedicated to Madrid meeting preparation

Dear all,
I updated the agenda/minutes document for the next status meeting (
https://drive.google.com/open?id=1U6BuwF_v6fy-KqUrSw4zUwdDPKGgrNjYSqMrkPVT9bM)
in order to help everyone to finalize the preparation of the Madrid meeting
and to do his/her homeworks.
So you can find there some notes and suggestion and in particular a
list of *Action
Points* assigned to different persons in order to facilitate the
preparation of the meeting.

Let me add that, with one year left before the end of the project, this is
a very important opportunity to demonstrate the added value that OPS can
provide to FIWARE in general and FIWARE Lab in particular. We cannot fail!
