Dear all,
I had a discussion with some of you about what exactly you should prepare
for the Madrid meeting. Let me clarify this to everybody:

   1. for the red-sessions I am expecting a list of "high level"
activities/issues that can be addressed. As the title of the sessions says,
a list of hot topics. Basically *"the what"* not the how. Example of hot
   topics:

   - keystone distribution
   - glance synchronization front end, which functionalities to offer
   - maintenance calendar
   - reverse proxy
   - new monitoring based on ceilometer
   - collection of usage data

The presenter can prepare some slides but then a discussion open to
everyone should start.

   1. for the green-sessions I am expecting something like a design of the
solution that addresses the hot topics we discussed in the red-sessions
(the one we decided to implement of course). So this in "*the how*".
   Examples are:
   - detailed discussion on how to implement the keystone distribution:
architecture, design, responsibilities (who does what), planning
      - how to implement the glance synchronization GUI, how to call the
back end from the GUI, who does what, planning etc

Here a presentation by the presenter is not needed, better to use a gdoc or
something like that in order to sketch the solution. This discussion is
made in different working groups (not in plenary)

Hope this can help.
Best regards
  silvio
