Deliverable D21.1 - link to Readme.md

Dear all,
could you please send me the link to the github Readme.md files I have to
consider in order to "build" the deliverable? It is enough the "root" file
for each component, then if it contains links to other file, I can manage
it.
If I do not receive the link, I cannot incorporate the component in the
document.
Remember that the deadline is tomorrow EOB.
