[Fiware-ops-dev] In preparation of the last OPS deliverable (end of September)

Dear all,
since we are approaching the deadline for our deliverable (end of
September), here are some notes:
1) This is the second version of the deliverable we wrote at the end of
September 2015 (in attachment). This mean that the objectives are the same:
recap the work done in the last year providing documentation on the
components developed. This mean also that mainly the "guidelines and rules"
are the same as the as for the previous deliverable and that in this
deliverable we should update the documentation (with respect to the old
one) considering the work done from September 2015 to September 2016.
2) code must reside on github
3) REDME.md with the following ToC (of course some session are not
mandatory):

   - Description
   - Features Implemented (mandatory) (provide also the release/version
   numbers)
   - Installation Manual  (mandatory)
   - Installation Verification (Sanity Check)  (mandatory)
   - User Manual  (if applicable)
   - API Documentation (if applicable. Provide here the content or a link
   to the API documentation, see below point 2)
   - Known Issues (if applicable)
   - Link to github repository (mandatory)
   - License   (mandatory)
   - Reference  (if applicable)

4) API documentation (when applicable) on Apiary. Please add also this
information to the API doc:
TITLE:
DATE:
VERSION:
APIARY_PROJECT:<project_id>
When done, please extract the API documentation and put it into github
(linking it from the Readme.md).

Of course we will discuss all this in details in the next OPS meetings.
