[Fiware-ops-dev] Last OPS deliverable due by end of September 2016

Hi Fernando,
I would proceed as already did for the old monitoring: describe each single
componente (microservice :-) ) separately (Infographics, Monitoring API,
Monasca customizations, Ceilometer customizations, etc.).
Then we can add a global architecture describing the whole monitorign
system (as we already had in the monitoring API section).
