[Fiware-ops-dev] First complete draft of the D.21.1.2 ready for review

Dear all,
finally (it has been a tough work :-) - it is a huge doc) I uploaded a
complete version of the D.21.1.2 here:

Now what I kindly ask you is to review it. In particular:
1. each partner should review at least the parts that pertain to his/her
activity
2. check the author list in the fist page
3. the introduction should be revised (I will take care of that).
