[Fiware-ops-dev] Historical monitoring aggregaated data

Dear All,

As promised here is a summary of the information about the current historical monitoring.

The code and description of the application managing this task are available here: https://github.com/SmartInfrastructures/FIWARELab-monitoringAPI/tree/master/monitoringHisto

As can be seen from the attached files the data collected currently is the “uptime average” expressed in percentage for the most common “OpensStack services” and “Sanity checks" for each region. The samples are aggregated hourly, daily and monthly.

This data is used by the Infographics in order to draw the status calendars on each region page and the histogram present on the main page.

Few considerations:
- DB is structured in order to collect aggregated information about other data for the hosts, VMs and regions but currently the aggregation of those samples is not implemented.
- DB design should be revised and optimised.
