[Fiware-ops-dev] Pollster deployment using Ansible recipes

Dear Christian, Kasia (in CC) told me that during last meeting you were interested in the process of installing FIWARE monitoring pollsters using an automatic way and also Sèan was in some way interested in this feature.

You can find the recipes to install regions and host pollster at this url: https://github.com/SmartInfrastructures/finext-region-testenv/tree/master/pollster_deploy. This is a repository I use a reference environment for the monitoring tools development.

The current version has been tested on devstack mitaka and newton (using Vagrant) and it works only if Ceilometer is installed on the host/node itself, therefore it does not support environments deployed using Kolla or Ansible-OpenStack, yet. 
Future plan would be to find a way to automatise the process also when ceilometer is containerised but I need to think a bit how to proceed and of course it would be nice to automatise also the installation steps involving monasca-agent (for this I need help from FF).

By today I will move the code above directly in the main pollster repository (https://goo.gl/F1Pnss) and I will add detailed documentation on the main README.

If you plan to install and test both the recipes and the host pollster on a real region based on Newton, please share any feedback with me.
