Hi All,
as discussed today with Fernando, the pressure is a bit less.

Draft content by end of 15th Nov. (of course you can go on updating, but at this date I will start reviewing and inform external reviewer document draft is almost ready)

Next status check call 22nd or 23rd Nov. (of course you can go on updating, but at this date, external review will start)

Reviewed version ideally by 30 Nov.

How to update?
- If a component was not updated, we keep the Paragraph related to it but the only text says that there was no update and reader can refer to the old deliverable.
- If a component was updated, we keep all the text and update it. In the intro we summarizes changes from previous release.
