[Fiware-ops-help] Request for Ops Fiware

Hi,
I'm Gabriella Scalas and I'm CEO of Tab.E a SME wich legal base is in
Italy.
Our developer are building a web platform that uses open data.
We'd like to build it with fi.ware technology.
How can we access to ops-fiware?
How can we use tools for the development?
We find many documentations but we do not find any tools.

Can you help me?
