Dear Laszlo,
thanks for your interest in FIWARE.
I think that the first point to clarify is if you want to build/develop
applications leveraging of FIWARE GEs and FIWARE Lab or if you want to be a
new FIWARE Provider:
1) in the first case I encourage you to ask your technical questions
(related to developing applications using FIWARE) to fiware-tech-help
mailing list (see https://www.fiware.org/contact-us/).
2) if, on the other side, you plan do become a FIWARE (or Platform)
Provider, the you hit the right mailing list :-). With FIWARE/Platform
Provider we mean an infrastructure owner (mainly a data centre owner) that
wants to host the FIWARE cloud (FIWARE Lab) on his/her data centre and
offer it to the FIWARE developers (the ones that develop innovative
applications using FIWARE - see point 1) for experimentation.
Cloud you please clarify which is your objective between 1 and 2?
Then if it is 1, I would suggest you to consider to write to
fiware-tech-help or to the more generic fiware-general-help.
If on the opposite your want to provide a data centre for hosting FIWARE, I
am happy to discuss how to proceed with you.
Thanks in advace and best regards,
  silvio
