[Fiware-ops-help] HELP IN FIWARE

Hello
        I  am  developer,  but  i  dont  know  how  to  use  Fiware.
     How  do  i  use  Fiware  in  a  server  like  :
http://portal0602.vreimancare.ro/.
      I  want  want  to  make  an  app  or  a  interface  in  FIWARE  and
 then  integrate  her  in  cpanel/  my_own_server.
     How  can  i  do  that?
     I  am  beginner  in  FIWARE  and  i  mention  that  i  never  used
 FIWARE  before,  so  please  help  with  basic  instruction.
