Dear Lars,
- for FIWARE Ops, you can start checking
http://www.fiware.org/fiware-operations/
- for FIWARE API, you can start here:
http://www.fiware.org/developers-entrepreneurs/
But the objective of FIWARE Ops is to provide tools to setup and operate a
federated cloud infrastructure where FIWARE is deployed - the so called
FIWARE Lab; whereas the objective of FIWARE API is to provide a set of
services based on the so called Generic Enables for helping the developers
to build their applications.
Best regards,
  silvio
