My impression is that the servers here at Telefónica have been down for 2-3 hours. Now it's coming back to normal, as it seems.

No problem from my side. I think it is OK if the confidentiality level changes to public.



BY the way, it is not clear to me when the PCC meeting will take place. On the one hand I saw that in doodle that most people had confirmed today as a good day for the teleconference, but I did not see any confirmation on the date and time for the discussion. Can you let us know so that we can reserve that slot in the agenda? Thanks in advance,

   Probably a minor question but something I would like to fix taking

advantage that we are now producing a first amendment of the DoW ...



   I have realized that the Project Management Hadbook was labeled as PP

(Restricted to FI-PPP programme participants) which obviously has no

sense, overall when we will try to make it useful for people outside the

PPP ...



   Furthermore, you know that there is no info in the Project Handbook

in the Wiki that is rather critical from a point of view of IPRs ...



   I would like to move it to become PU.



   Please let me know if there is any objection.   If I haven't received

any complain by Tuesday, we will go for fixing this and make this

deliverable PU.
