In that case I suppose it is good that we wait until the EC circulates a more concrete agenda, since there could be time slots in which they expect presentations from FI-WARE that would require specific knowledge (technical overview, testbed details, etc). At least what we should prepare or be ready for is: · The potential presentation of the overall technical ecosystem · An overview of the collaboration mechanisms with FI-WAREà all the instruments and mechanisms in place for the purpose of FI-WARE-UC projects cooperation so that new projects get familiar with them · The input so far provided by all the UC projects to FI-WARE and that could be considered the basis for any collaboration (ex. Requirements, mapping of their interest/requirements with FI-WARE GE, etc): all this info has been gathered from Phase I projects but there is a pending issue in the case of new ones. Therefore, we should define o Specific information needed from them (what) o Timeline (when) o Format (how) This will be reflected in their DoWs (I assume that in the proposal they have tried to synchronize with FI-WARE based on the info published in the wiki), but now a more formal agreement on bilateral communications and info flows is required. I think that the participation of the project could vary depending on the kind of discussions that will happen there: for example, synchronization for the purpose of using or deploying infrastructures could require very concrete information on the testbed roadmap (I suppose this could still be explained by you, but maybe more details are needed), another aspect could be the preparation of Phase III, which is something that falls under the responsibility of FI-WARE, the Capacity Building and all the UC projects (and the EC is very much interested in that), which basically involves info on the Open Innovation Lab, communication & dissemination towards third parties, etc. Is there an agenda for the meeting? Do you have more concrete information from the invitation letter sent by the EC?
