[Fiware-pcc] Letter of support for Sonnet

Dear Jose,
unfortunately, I did not manage to reach all the partners in time to agree on the letter of support, therefore I am not able to accept the support letter on behalf of all the consortium.
However, I'm convinced that, in case of approval, we will establish a really fruitful cooperation between SONNET and FI-WARE, since both Telecom IT and Univ. of Rome will aim the SONNET efforts towards the FI-WARE platform. 
I apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your effort.
