In order to avoid any misunderstandings, I have tried to make some changes, comments and remarks within the minutes.

Actually I do not have the right to do this, that's why I have sent you a PDF-Version of the minutes that contains the comments and remarks.
I you take over the right to make the changes, I will do this. If not, I would suggest that you - or one of your colleagues -make the changes.
