[Fiware-pcc] Review Meeting

dear colleagues,

i definitively agreed with the axel's proposal!

may be at this moment deep discussions on other points (e.g. legal aspects)
can be only organised, i.e. define a process (e.g. phcs schedule,
requirements) on how to fix them in the shortest timeframe possible as they
might be blocking. i'd avoid to have people not expert (i.e. not being
lawyer) discussing on legal aspects.
