According to the conclusions of the last PCC, I would like to propose the 
next PCC audioconference

1) Effort modification approval (as initially proposed by Juanjo, subject 
to your approval)
2) selection of representative at the AB
  We have the official proposal from Stefano and Torsten. Other candidates 
are welcomed
