[Fiware-pcc] RV: Future Internet PPP Phase 2

actually no invitation from petra, nor from any other project yet.
the various projects will have their phc from the next week. let's see.

what anyway i think is that the coordination must be from fi-ware and
nowhere else... regardless who will attend.
