[Fiware-pcc] [Fiware-wpl] URGENT: Adjustment of efforts in next Amendment of the FI-WARE DoW

Dear Juanjo,

could you please explain the rational for the reallocation of the full 
EAB effort in WP9 to UPM, while an internal agreement discussed with 
Juan Quemada and agreed by WP9 partners was slight different?
