[Fiware-pcc] SUMMARY OF PARTICIPATION OF FI-WARE in ECFI and organization

from engineering will attend mauro isaja (but on behalf of fit-man) and
myself.
i can support the set-up of the stand after we (you are supposed to be
there as well) finish the nessi sc meeting on 1st.
