[Fiware-platinum-members] Joint article on SmartCitiesWorld - are you in?

Dear Platinum members, how are you all? It’s been a while, has it not?
Following our new partnership with SmartCitiesWorld
<https://www.smartcitiesworld.net/home> - which has just been listed as the
top performing media business within the latest Verdict Global ranking of
influencers <https://www.verdict.co.uk/influencers-future-cities> in Future
Cities - I am on the lookout for the perfect partner in writing for a joint
piece on Digital Twin. I have already drafted an intro (see PDF please),
which will of course be finetuned once we get your content in. Essentially,
I am looking for 2 brief contributions (first-come-first-serve basis), as
follows:



150-200 word overview of the implementation of Digital Twin to address a
specific issue such as new urban planning, land-use optimization, air
pollution, smart manufacturing (and so on). In other words, how is your
organization, your ‘Powered by FIWARE’/FIWARE-based solution using Digital
Twin, simulations to optimize towns and cities?

Are you in? Great, here are a few things for you to keep in mind please,
when drafting the content.

   -

   The key thing for you to bear in mind is the reader. Not everyone may
   have the same level of technical expertise as you will, so the language
   needs to be clear, direct and accessible;
   -

   You need to think about if you were speaking to a city official who has
   no deep knowledge about digital twins, what would you say and how would you
   make it easy to understand, while also thought provoking?
   -

   What urban challenges are solved by digital twins and in what areas? How
   are you using it to deliver more effective city planning and citizen
   engagement?

   In order to build the online article pages, please provide us with;

   A ‘call to action’ with a URL you would like to use for the end of your
   article, you can use this to direct the readers to a specific
   blog/whitepaper/your website (for example: “to find out more please visit

   The full name/job title of the author (s)
   -

   Any images you would like to use, preferably in a .png format; high
   resolution (300 dpi) image, preferably with a transparent background;
   -

   When applicable, be sure to add an image caption and whether you own the
   rights to the image (in this case, we use:  “Image provided courtesy of
   xx”
   -

   If the image comes from a bank of images, please acknowledge the
   photographer credits and/or the website where it was acquired.
