[Fiware-pois] Orion Context Broker at FIWARE LAB and public data available information

Dear Philipp,

As we were discussing during FI-Core kickoff, please find attached information regarding Orion Context Broker global instance at FIWARE Lab and the public data currently available there. I'm CCing the fiware-poi mailing list, just in case this information may be useful also to its members.

The available entities are described in the table (*) in the following section in the Orion user manual: [1]. The information about the meaning of the different attributes is available in the FIWARE Open Dataset Central [2] (along with other information about public datasets available in Cosmos; note that the entities available in Orion with information in real-time are also persisted in Cosmos to provide a persistent historic of their data).

The above reference shows the entity pattern, but not the entities themselves (e.g. urn:smartsantander:testbed:<id_sensor>). In order to know the list of id_sensors belonging to each type, you can query Orion by type (with ".*" ID pattern) and get all the enties of a given type. QueryContext operation details are provided in sections [3] (the query operation itself) and [4] (pagination) at Orion User Manual.

Finally, you can find a (really brief :) tutorial on how to get information from Orion in its Quick Start Guide [5]. You only need a FIWARE Lab account and a GNU/Linux machine to do run the queries with curl (alternativelly, you can use REST Client in any platform).
