I'm afraid that I cannot subscribe people directly as I'm not one of the
list administrator, but you can do the procedure yourself in a very easy
way (just to use a form to add your email address and subscribe).

As mentioned in the conf call today, I encourage all the people involved
in POI requirements definition to subscribe to the NGSI list. The NGISv2
ongoing discussion is done there, so that is the best way to ensure that
the POI requirements are taken into account and fit in the final NGSIv2
specification.
