[Fiware-portals] Mensaje de error cuando se excede la cuota

  El texto en inglés no es correcto.  Entiendo que has querido decir:
Your VM can not be created because doing so would exceed your quota
  o
Your VM cannot be created because it would imply exceeding your quota
