[Fiware-portals] Fi-Ware Cloud Portal problems

Hola

Ahora lo meto como tickets, pero para que lo sepáis.

-          Parece ser que con Firefox el portal no funciona del todo. Lo podéis chequear? La parte de contenedores por lo menos.

-          No es posible desplegar una VM desde snapshot. Se da al botón pero no hace nada.

Hi Henar,

I tried again creating a data container and it worked with Chrome (but it was still not working in Firefox).

I saw an instance called 'test'. I guess that was you.

It is still not working, neither with Firefox nor with Chrome.
Here is what I do:

  *   I tick the snapshot 'shelfz_server_2'
  *   Then I go to the top right corner and click on 'Actions / Launch Instance'.
  *   Then nothing happens. not even an error message in the log at the bottom

It would be great if you could elaborate a bit more about the snapshot problem. I can see you have an snapshot called shelfz_server_2. In addition, I have tried to create a VM from your snapshot and it seems it is working. Do you mind it trying it again to check if now everything is ok?

Hi Henar,

Thanks for the quick reply. I was using the latest Firefox. I will try again today.

Did the maintenance also include running instance snapshots? I spend some time yesterday setting up an Ubuntu server from an image in the cloud portal. When i was happy with the setup, i made a snapshot and terminated the instance. Now i can't run the snapshot.

Thanks for contacting. Please, do you mind trying it again? We have had some maintenance tasks, and perhaps the system was not in the right status. Please also let us know which browser you are using.  That would be also helpful.
