[Fiware-portals] Wrong icons in the portal.

Buenas,

Por parte del portal de Mashup y del Store, sin problema, ponemos el logo
que decidáis en un momento.

Sin embargo, aprovechando la ocasión, creemos que sería bueno establecer un
protocolo más adecuado para poder estar al día con estos cambios de una
forma más "automática", o al menos más sincronizada, ya que no es la
primera vez que se produce un cambio en la cabecera y no se notifica de
ninguna forma, ni por correo ni por la lista. Además, ni siquiera está
sincronizado el repositorio en Github (
https://github.com/ging/fi-ware-idm/tree/master/extras/header_nav) con la
versión de la cabecera del portal Account de FI-Lab.
