Hi!

I am sorry if I have chosen the wrong mailing list but my questions seem to be a bit out of scope compared to your examples of questions to be directed for the general mailing list and I thought they might end up with a comminication employee anyways (and/or lawyer).

I would like to know if you - eg because of the EU funding - are subject to any legislation on transparency/ right of the public to get access to information on cases you have handled? To evaluate your answer if no, please, let me know what legal form the organisation has and where it is registered.

If yes, or you just chose to be helpful, I would like a copy of all information on an app called Watcher that you are obliged to/ chose to forward. Alledgedly, you have supported it financially. I am especially interested in knowing when contact was first made/ an application filed, the original and later descriptions of the app, companies and persons mentioned in relation to the app, when the decision to support the app was made.

If I cannot have that information, I would like to know the relevant name of the EU unit that you have been funded by and what information you file to that unit regarding the use of the funds. And information on where I can find annual reports of the organisation.
