Today, we are officially launching the People Movement and Management Show 2019 at Olympia. London. We have confirmed that the event will run on Tuesday, March 5th and Wednesday, March 6th 2019 at London Olympia.

We are now starting the process of allocating stands.

The March 2018 event was very successful, with thousands of attendees from across the world involved in people-centred environments from Airports, Stadia, Mass Transit, Retail, Museums, Architecture and Urban planning.

We welcomed many of the primary exhibitors in this field from across the world.

We received very positive feedback from exhibitors and visitors alike. As the only dedicated event that brings together the subject areas of:

**• People modelling and flow analytics**

**• People flow simulation**

**• Crowd simulation and management**

**• Space utilisation**

**• People counting**

**• Queue management**

**• Retail footfall**

**• Wayfinding**

**• Evacuation**

**• Pedestrian Dynamics**

**• Location analytics**

We have confirmed that the event will run on **Tuesday, March 5th and Wednesday, March 6th 2019 at London Olympia.** and I wanted you to be aware of this as soon as possible to factor into your plans.

We expect a high demand for exhibition space in 2019 and we have extended the available stand space by 40%. We will offer a range of stands from Pods for start-up businesses through to 10 sq.m – with further opportunity to create bespoke stand spaces for exhibitors.

The move to Olympia proved a very successful development.

• Moving the event to London in collaboration with SCTX (UK Security Week) was a good one. London provides an excellent base to grow this event significantly over the next few years. It provides easy access for the many Global visitors and exhibitors we attract. We were aware of a great deal of crossover between attendees from both events, and we were pleased with the number of registered attendees from the SCTX show who spent time within the PMMS area.

• Running an event in a new space always reveals operational aspects of the event which need to be factored into the next event. For example, the presentation area was clearly a very popular area at the event on both days, and we need to create more exhibition space around it. This has been done in the new layout that is attached.

• The speaker agenda proved very successful – our theatre area was the busiest out of all the theatres at the whole event, and provided the excellent focal point for the event that we were hoping for. We have big plans for developing the agenda in 2019 and expect to release in the agenda by 1st October.

With an outstanding speaker agenda across two days, we have allocated 6 presentation slots available to exhibitors who would like to speak at the event.

These presentation slots are free for exhibitors, please contact us as soon as possible if you would like to present. These are allocated on a first come, first served basis.
