[Fiware-qualityassurance] QA for the Catalogue: first measurements

Dear all,

in our task we work so far on implementing QA measurement for Enabler documentation in the Catalogue, together with some boilerplate codebase to support extension of these algorithms to other types of labels.

Regarding QA measurement, we need some input from the Catalogue owners. Therefore I have created these two tickets in the FIWARE Jira system:


-          Need to discuss and validate established metrics and results of first measurements

-          Towards displaying labels in the Catalogue, we need to establish a clone of this system as a test stage to experiment with possible data integrations
