Today I have reviewed and complete the section 3. I have added some comments and some info is missing. Please, check, especially Carlos and Riccardo, the version 1.2 and provide me back your comments/insertions by using Track Changes and renaming the version with your name.

For all, we are already delayed in delivering the document, so, please react as soon as possible

I have inserted the Executive summary and review the section 2.

Please find at https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/0B_lFd91zvKBQOWhSeUhrV2xDeE0 the version 1.1 of the document and pay attention to suggestions and requests, especially Annamaria and Peter, please check and complete according to my comments.

Please, made the changes locally by using Track Changes and rename the file by adding your name. Drop it in the same folder like this one. I will integrate all together in next version

Tomorrow I will follow with sections 3 and 4, but in meantime section 2 can be improved.
