Hi Clara,
I changed the definition "...open bugs" with "...average bugs priority" for the "APIs Failure Rate" criteria because this value is "bugs weighted by priority/bugs"

Dear Clara,
the Failure Rate is the number of Tests failed / the number of Tests executed.
For example, if I have 1 test case (still not passed) on 100 executed tests, the rate is 0,01 (A+++)

The Defects by Priority is a measure always related to bugs still open but it considers their relevance (introducing a weight for each priority).
For example a GE that has 1 minor bug on 10 totals is better than a GE that has 1 major bug on 10 totals.
The formula is:

(DB*w1+DM*w2+DT*w3)/D

DB=Total number of Blocking/Critical level Defects
DM=Total number of Major level Defects
DT=Total number of Minor/Trivial level Defects
D=Total number of Defects
w1=Defect Blocking/Critical weight (3)
w2=Defect Major weight (2)
w3=Defect Minor/Trivial weight (1)

And for Failure Rate and Detected defects, the value means the number of fails and defects? So, for example,

Here, there was 3 fails in testing APIs and 2 detected defects. Is this correct interpretation?

I have been requested about the units of the values we set up in the labels in case of Time to fix issues or time to respond issues.

For example, <1, does it mean that the time to fix the issue has been less than one hour, one day, one month???
