Hi, Clara and all, thank you very much for these updates. I am totally OK if we have the average, or median: in the current data, only two components are A++ so far. In terms of a standard, in long term in my opinion we should consider whether to follow the rules of the energy labels or not for this logic. The DevOps automation solution will become tangible rather in FI-NEXT. On short term, the most simple way to inject static label values to the Catalogue ASAP is possible via the free cloud 3rd party service API shields.io where you get a label just by an URL API call. e.g. this call instructs the API to build a green A++: https://img.shields.io/badge/QA-A%2B%2B-green.svg delivers an SVG object: [cid:cf45a3f1-3b1e-43db-931f-861d7340fc2d] kind regards Peter ________________________________ Von: fiware-qualityassurance-bounces at lists.fiware.org <fiware-qualityassurance-bounces at lists.fiware.org> im Auftrag von Pezuela Robles, Clara M <clara.pezuela at atos.net> Gesendet: Freitag, 23. Here main conclusions: - He proposes to add a new label for all GEs to state the level of fulfilment of developers guidelines: https://forge.fiware.org/plugins/mediawiki/wiki/fiware/index.php/Developer_Guidelines The label must show who is fulfilling the MUST, SHOULD and MAY requirements and set up a label according to this. For him it is a third category beyond the two ones (functional and non-functional). Honestly I am not sure we will have time for doing it, but having in mind to add this category in next testing plan. Here he mentioned Peter, as he was proposing a DevOps approach ☺ - About the global label, he thinks that using worse value as global value is unfair and a bit bad for FIWARE. He sees fairer to use an average value, and I really agree with him. Having some weights could be also another solution and but now it is not clear which category is more important than others. I made an exercise with him to calculate such labels on the fly, and I attached the updated excel. This also implies then, to adapt the content in the D1.1.8.2. - He proposes to keep a separated document for Labeling Model and application, so I will extract the portion of Labelling from D1.1.8.2 once it was completed. And he wants to have it public in the FIWARE web site, quite visible - He wants also a brochure about our QA activity for next IoT WG event (October). I think it is really challenging and I am not sure we could do, but I am checking with Ogilvy (press office) As overall, I think he is quite happy with our work and he bought most of we did ☺ Best regards Clara Pezuela Head of IT Market Research and Innovation Group ARI website<https://atos.net/en/insights-and-innovation/innovation-labs> Atos Spain SA Clara.pezuela at atos.net<mailto:Clara.pezuela at atos.net> +34 675 62 9974 [cid:image001.png at 01D215A3.7B17B710] This e-mail and the documents attached are confidential and intended solely for the addressee; it may also be privileged.
