Dear all, It depends of the status of the document, I mean, we have a google drive for all the FI-Next project how it is explained in the Handbook in order to store all the public content and specific directory only public for the project staff. Depending of the WP in which the activities should be stored we can create the appropiate directory on it to store these files. When we have a private content, in that case we can define a dropbox account in which we store those files or specify a directory inside the drive which restricted access to it.
