Dear all,
It depends of the status of the document, I mean, we have a google drive for all the FI-Next project how it is explained in the Handbook in order to store all the public content and specific directory only public for the project staff. Depending of the WP in which the activities should be stored we can create the appropiate directory on it to store these files.
When we have a private content, in that case we can define a dropbox account in which we store those files or specify a directory inside the drive which restricted access to it.

regarding the usage of a shared google folder I'm reading some documentation (from time to time) in order to understand how it computes the quota ... it seems that all files are up to the owner of the file and not the owner of the folder ... anyway, any suggestion is welcome given that we keep the usability we have now.

Where should we upload the reports we are producing with non functional testing results?

In Fi-core we used a Drive for internal purposes to the tasks (by courtesy of Davide ☺) and then I uploaded into Docman for delivery to Miguel, but I don’t know which is the specific repository for reports and deliverables here in FI-NEXT.

Could you please clarify?
