[Fiware-qualityassurance] Updated GEs labels

Dear all,

Please find at repository the updated file with FIWARE GEs labels.

We have updated non-functional values for Kurento, Orion and Proton, and functional value for Reliability/Failure Rate for all GEs.

Some of the changes have caused an updating of the labels, so we should decide when to request Catalogue managers to proceed with changes.
