Dear Clara, all I finalized the computation of labels for: - Time to Taking charge - Time to Fix based on the values extracted from JIRA and sent by Fernando (those computed starting from 01/06/2018) values and labels are reported in the shared plan ... dedicated tab. notes: - IDAS is not extracted by agent as we have it reported in the plan ...
