[Fiware-roadmap-data-usage-control] Rectification: Latest working draft for handshaking and policy negotiations

Hello

On August 20th I have send out two documents regarding IDSA to the
fiware-roadmap-data-usage-control-email-list.
You find the related email-subject in the subject line.

These two documents about the handshaking and policy negotiation process
are work in progress and unpublished yet.
That means they are IDSA internal documents and may only be shared among
IDSA members, until they are published.

To the 4 non-IDS members in the email list:
Please delete this email, consider it as not having received it and do not
redistribute it.

I apologize having send these document mistakenly and will avoid this in
future.
