Dear members of the Roadmap Data Usage Control

Recently we have spoken in the FIWARE Technical Steering Committee about
the latest status in IDSA Usage Control. At that time, there was only an
outdated IDSA document available.

Now, there is a new version about IDSA Usage Control publicly available:
