[Fiware-roadmap-dlt] Recover of Private Key (experiment)

Hi Everyone,

As I was discussing about solving the problem in case we lose Private-Keys
(Mnemonic or Identity Keys).

Recently We tried to solve the problem using the Shamir Secret and
traditional approach of recovering passwords by asking users some of the
security questions. We wrote and submitted a paper which has been accepted
by IEEE-BSC 2021 (PFA).

There is also an experimental npm lib
<https://www.npmjs.com/package/secretkeysharing>, which we will try to
integrate in KeyRock (of course only once it is stable). If anyone is
interested in reading the paper, I will be happy to share that too :-).
