[Fiware-roadmap-robotics] Cloud robotics in the FIWARE roadmap

Dear all,

   I was planning to connect from the USA to run the TSC as regularly 
but due to different circumstances I couldn't make it. They also 
prevented me to ask Jason how to run the call instead of me.

   My sincere apologies for all the inconveniences this may have caused.

   We will need to re-program the robotics session.
