Dear all,
  It seems like none of the proposed dates could help achieve enough coincidences.   
  Then:
• Could people (particularly TIS and Peter) make it on 24th, 25th or 26th starting at 10:00am CET? 
• Could people make it on 27th at 07:30am CET
• Alternatively, could people make it on 23 from 10:30 to 12:30 CET?   That would overlap to the FIWARE Technical Steering Committee meeting but precisely that date teams are supposed to report on progress of the robotics chapter and I believe I can sell that such TSC is merged with the Robotics FIWARE Tech Roadmap WG
   Please try to reply asap so that we can fix a date and timeslot.

  Last but not least, I would like to point out that a session on "AI and robotics" has been planned as part of the "Trends and Disruptive Future" track of the FIWARE Summit that will take place on October 23-24 in Berlin.    That session will take place in the afternoon of October 23 and will last aprox. 2 hours to be split first half for presentations and second half for open discussion.   Please book the date in your agendas.  We look for your attendance and active participation in the session.
