[Fiware-robotics] common github repos

Hi all,
as said previously, I created a common github account https://github.com/FIWARE-RoboticsGE,  where I created two repos: FIROS and RCM
If you tell me your github account, I can add you as a members so that we can share our components and links to apiary docs.

Besides, I include the architecture description section into openSpecs specification wiki page (http://forge.fiware.org/plugins/mediawiki/wiki/fiware/index.php/FIWARE.OpenSPecification.I2ND.Robotics_R4) in the detailed specification section and I already put both github repos address above, as Manuel suggested,
