[Fiware-robotics] Firos code

Hi Roberto,

as it was said in the meeting, here you have a firos copy. The installation is like any ROS package, using catkin_make and source devel/setup.bash.
Before running it is necessary to have installed the turtlesim code because it uses some of its libraries.

I send it to the list if someone else wants to try it.
