[Fiware-robotics] Roles of partners for robotics LD

Hi Ilknur,

We are including the role of each partner in our workplan (https://docs.google.com/document/d/1qYa9UQcx1kGgQF07MUvlfM0P9NK5j2u8d2cAarKIlLY/edit#heading=h.f7mi0tl88him). The planning of the part 1 is almost ready and we are working in part 2 and 3.

On the whole, for the part 1, these are the main roles:
