Dear All,

Here are the short minutes of last Friday audio-conf on Security Chapter (WP1.7)

Participants: Pascal, Sébastien, Cyril
Excused: Stephan (brief update sent upfront),  Alvaro/Joaquin

Part 1 : Devoted to Agile Methodology and JIRA

Manuel joined us as Agile Project Manager and did provide us with short insights on JIRA:

·         How to create issue and put in on timelime

·         Explain relationship with helps desk

·         Stress

Part 2: WP1.7 / Security Chapter


·         Security GE owners have now all been allocated. They do appear on Jira once logged in on Sec Chapter.

·         Each of the GE owners have to end the planning of this sprint for their GE (deadline early next week preferably 10/11 EOB) + WPL to create ticket on this to be allocated to each GE owner for them to address

·         Joaquin/Alvaro to organize the work and involve Cyril  regarding Security Chapter contribution to Technical Whitepaper to be delivered to the EC on M3 (end of November). WPL to create and allocate tickets on this and follow-up progress at regular audio.

·         Each and every GE owner to fill in template sent by WPL for their GE regarding Technical Roadmap. WPL to create and allocate JIRA tickets on this.

o   NB: It is reminded here to follow FI-WARE naming conventions for EPICS, Features, user-stories and work-items (see refercne provided through ticket issued).

Next audio-conf: 14/11 - 2pm-4pm
